BamaPulse is The University of Alabama’s community engagement platform that allows students to find volunteer opportunities and record volunteer service hours and impacts. This web portal also allows non-profit agencies and groups to easily list and organize events, as well as measure impacts made in the community.
There are multiple ways you can use BamaPulse.
Students and Volunteers
- Find and register for volunteer opportunities
- Search for local nonprofits and on-campus service organizations
- Track service hours and impacts
- Log hours for service-learning courses
- Print an impact summary containing all volunteer hours

Access Your Account
All students, faculty and staff with a UA email address can use SSO (Single Sign On) to access BamaPulse. Community partners can set up profiles for free using any email address.
UA Students, Faculty, and Staff
Once you navigate to BamaPulse, click the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the navigation bar and select “Log In.” Click “Log in via UA,” then use your myBama username and password to log in.
