The Beat Auburn Beat Hunger (BABH) food drive benefiting the West Alabama Food bank takes place each year during the 7 weeks leading up to the Iron Bowl. UA students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members participate in the fight against hunger in West Alabama. This friendly competition between The University of Alabama and Auburn University, partnering with the East Alabama Food Bank, challenges each community to see who can collect more non-perishable food and monetary donations. Since its inception in 1994, the competition has raised over 10 million pounds of food for Alabamians in these areas. With your support, Together We CAN make a difference in the fight against Hunger in West Alabama!
